"Art from the Start" - a housewarming with a difference
Because our new home will be vacant for a short period of time between purchase and us actually moving in, we (Koenraad Goris & Ann Galland) thought of using the house as a venue for an artistic event. In this way we can welcome visitors to our new home, and provide a forum for a number of talented artists.
The property, built in 1930 still boasts many of its original architectural features; its high ceilings, natural light and large grounds lends itself perfectly to a celebration of art. The exhibition will feature the work of 12 established artists representing a wide range of styles and disciplines including painting, sculpture, jewellery and crafts.
Directions: Berkenrodelei is between Kioskplaats and Hoboken train station
Parking: On street parking and business parking lot opposite the house
Purchasing: Bancontact and cash payments will be accepted for any purchases. Items sold during the event will be available for collection from 6pm on Sunday 24 October.
